Delivery Policy

Domestic Orders: Orders within our country are processed within 1-3 business days.

International Orders: Orders outside our country are processed within 5-7 business days.

2. Shipping

Domestic Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days after processing.

International Shipping: Delivery within 15-20 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery location. These will be displayed at checkout.

4. Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped.

5. Weekends and Holidays

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or national holidays. If your order is placed on these days, it will be processed on the next business day.

6. High Volume Periods

During high volume periods (e.g., holiday season), shipments may be delayed. We appreciate your patience during these times.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Dr. Scent is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

8. Damages and Lost Packages

Dr. Scent is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
